- Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Either party may terminate services with written notice per the terms of the agreement.
- Rescheduling of meetings must be done at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds for prepaid services are at our discretion and subject to the terms of the individual engagement agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
- Any materials created specifically for the client as part of a paid engagement are the property of the client upon full payment.
- We retain the right to use de-identified or generalized insights for internal training and content development unless expressly prohibited by contract.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business, financial, or operational data shared during the course of engagement. Confidentiality terms may be expanded via a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory in nature. You agree that Scotch Creek Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the implementation of our advice or strategies. You are responsible for all final business decisions.
